1. Introduction

Levv ("we", "us", "the app") is a parenting support application developed by Ümit Durdu. This document explains what data the app handles, what is sent to third parties, and your rights as a user. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

The following information is stored only on your device using local storage. It is not uploaded, backed up, or accessible to us:

• Child profile information (name and date of birth you enter)
• Developmental milestones and tracking notes
• Behavior logs and history
• Sleep tracking records
• Favorite categories and app settings
• Chat conversation history (kept on device for your reference)
• Subscription and onboarding flags

If you uninstall the app or clear its storage, this data is permanently deleted.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide certain features, the app sends specific data to the following third-party services. We do not send your name, email, location, or child profile information to any of these services.

3.1 Cohere (Search)

When you search within the behavior guide, your search query is sent to Cohere's API (api.cohere.ai) to generate semantic embeddings that improve search results. No user identifier is attached. Cohere's privacy policy: https://cohere.com/privacy

3.2 RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

If you subscribe to Levv Premium, RevenueCat (api.revenuecat.com) handles subscription validation and entitlement checks. RevenueCat receives an anonymous device-generated identifier and your Apple App Store purchase receipt. No name, email, or personal information is shared. 3.3 Apple App Store

Subscription purchases are processed by Apple under your Apple ID. Apple's handling of this data is governed by Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

4. Analytics and Tracking

Levv does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or user-tracking tools. We do not track you across other apps or websites. We do not use cookies.

5. Children's Privacy

Levv is designed for parents and caregivers, not for direct use by children. Any child information entered into the app (such as name and date of birth) is stored only on the parent's device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

6. Terms of Use

• You may use Levv for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content.
• Levv provides educational information based on guidance from CDC, AAP, and WHO. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or developmental advice. Always consult a qualified professional for concerns about your child's health or development.
• The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.

7. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Levv Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Your Apple ID is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period expires. The subscription auto-renews unless you cancel it. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings on your device.

8. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Because the app does not store personal data on our servers, there is generally no data for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. You have full control over the data stored on your device:

• You can delete any child profile, log, or note directly within the app.
• You can uninstall the app to remove all local data permanently.
• You can request information about data shared with Cohere or RevenueCat directly through their privacy policies linked above.

9. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will change. Significant changes will be announced within the app or via the App Store version notes.
